Trampling With Extreme High Heels

I just love these Dsquared2 high high-heeled slippers - and the marks they leave on the slaves skin! The slaves wiggling and screaming in agony as I walk over his chest and after only a few minutes hes downright covered with painful heel marks. Later I generously grant him a small break - where hes allowed to take off my shoes and I continue to trample him under my bare feet - but only for a short time - before I put my shoes back on and the high heel trampling torture continues!
